You can install MailWatch at your home or office to check new e-mail through voice phone.

How it work
1.MailWatch connect to your mail server
2.Removes spam Email and download subject of the new messages.
3.Place phone call to alert you about the new messages, you have option to choose listen message body.
4.Or you may hangup and call back later when you have time for listen your messages.
5.MailWatch is highly customizable. You can change the rule for alert. Keep log file to store caller id for increased security, and much more.

System Requirements

• PC or 100% compatible
• Windows XP sp2
• Processor speed 233 MHz or higher
• 128MB of free physical RAM, not virtual memory
• 200MB of available hard drive space for installation
• A Sound Blaster or any Windows-compatible sound card
• Voice Modem, required for place voice phone call
• High speed Internet access for check e-mail
• MailWatch Should not function behind firewall or Proxy server.

There are three mode in Phone call, it is Menu, listen and Write Mode. you can practical in simulator phone.
Once you are connected, you are in menu mode press 1 for retrieve
Mailwatch will say you have XX messages and XX new message,
enter num and # to listen to that message
For example press "1 0 #" in simphone key pad for listen message number ten.

Listen mode
While listening to message, you can press the follow key for other function,  hangup after 10 second (default) if no key press.
 

• There are few files require to install depend on your windows version
• For WinXP. This version is using the latest speech engine from Microsoft, more reliable and features than the old version. Since the speech engine is already include in Win XP, there are no addition file require to install.
• For Window 2000 user, you can still take the advantage to use the Mailwatch XP version. In order to use the advance speech technology, you are require download and install Microsoft text-to-speech engine version 5.1. You may visit correspond web site to download speech engine.
• For Chinese Windows XP user, if you want your machine to speech chinese word. You are require to order Mailwatch Pro, install Microsoft text-to-speech engine version 5.1 and the Chinese language pack. You may visit correspond web site to download chinese voice and speech engine
