All orders are shipped via Fedex to any locations,
buyer must provide their Fedex account number and pay the full amount

Most orders will be shipped within 1 to
2 business days after payment has been confirmed (weekends excluded).

1 year Warranty for the Hardware.

Warranty covers replacement, repair or
refund.

As per industry standard, customers are
responsible for return shipping to Zincware.

Refunds are made only if a replacement
is not available.

Compatibility is not guaranteed, there is a 31% restocking fee for all
non-defective products returned. This includes problems with: compatibility,
driver/software conflicts, improper installation, etc.

Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return
shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable.

Customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by local government as receiving package.

Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges

Software is not covered by warranty.
