  • Please add USD 21.00 for packaging, shipping and handling(with tracking number).
  • All orders are shipped via Fedex to any locations, buyer must provide their Fedex account number and pay the full amount
  • Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed (weekends excluded).
  • 1 year Warranty for the Hardware.
  • Warranty covers replacement, repair or refund.
  • As per industry standard, customers are responsible for return shipping to Zincware.
  • Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available.
  • Compatibility is not guaranteed, there is a 31% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. This includes problems with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, improper installation, etc.
  • Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by local government as receiving package.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges
  • Software is not covered by warranty.
  • Battery is not included.
  • We reserves the right to void any order with typographical errors or mistakes. We will try our best to accommodate each order in such an occurrence.
